Client Brief: To design a luxuary investment home that had a 'WOW' factor. ASI was commisioned on this project at the very start of the design process and designed and detailed all interiors and assisted on exterior and architectural design

Marion St, Leichhardt (2009)
Client Brief: Assist in colour selection and finishing details on 4 townhouses with significant architectural design. The townhouses were to reflect and attract a purchase price of over $1M each. Townhouse 1 sold at Auction on 14/11/2009 for $1.16M. Further Townhouses sold exceeded $1.2M each.
Wahbe House- Oatlands (2008)
Client Brief: To design the interior and exterior space for a contemporary family home for 5 that was to be the family home for the next 20 years. Considerations were that the house had to grow and accomadate 3 growing childeren, a family buisness and an entertaining lifestyle whilst mainting a contemporary look that was easy to keep clean and maintain.
